Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Scamp & Dude purchase, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package at any authorized courier collection point or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
